Dice the shallot (1 шт.) into small, neat cubes, the French “ciseler” way. Chop the spring onion (2 шт. stalks) and coriander (15 г) very finely.

Put it all in a small bowl and add 1 ст. л. of olive oil, 1 ч. л. of honey, 1 ч. л. of balsamic glaze and a pinch of salt. Stir.

Pique a chalota (1 шт.) em cubinhos pequenos e certinhos, à maneira francesa “ciseler”. Pique muito finamente o cebolinho (2 шт. hastes) e os coentros (15 г).

Junte tudo numa taça pequena e acrescente 1 ст. л. de azeite, 1 ч. л. de mel, 1 ч. л. de creme balsâmico e uma pitada de sal. Misture.
